Will this landlord be surprised at his tax bill ?

Yesterday February 28 the city did a follow up of the unshoveled sidewalks. There are still a few that have done the bare minimum. Whether they will pass or not is up to the city.I have never seen so many people out trying to get all the ice off. One landlady was out with a pick axe. That did not last to long. The problem with trying now is all the salt they put on to try to melt it away.There are always the few that do minimum maintenance until the city gives notice and then they do the work. If nobody calls and I am sure it is the residents and not the students that do call not much would be done. As more residents leave the area the more the Universities' Neighbourhood falls into disrepair.
